This set is called "Vernal Equinox". The font used is 'Black Chancery'. This set uses tables to maintain image & text alignment. The buttons can be used in various ways in the middle, with 'Welcome' on the top and a blank button on the bottom. The top border graphic is a repeating image placed in a table; it could also be used as a top frame if you prefer a framed page.
You can contact me by email for all the graphics in a zip file, if you'd like.
This set is available as linkware under the Terms & Conditions listed here, and the user is liable for those terms.
